  1. Change of Mind Returns
    You may return products if you change your mind, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Full refund via original payment method (excluding delivery costs).

  • Store credit of the same value, valid for six (6) months (excluding delivery costs).

  1. Returns After 14 Days
    If you return the product after the 14-day window (but within 30 days), only store credit will be issued (excluding delivery costs). No returns are accepted after thirty (30) days, except for defective products under warranty.

  2. Incorrect or Defective Products
    You may return products received in a defective state or not matching your original order (wrong color, size, or quantity) within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.

  • Photo evidence and description of the issue must be provided.

Options available:

  • Full refund including delivery costs via original payment method.

  • Store credit valid for six (6) months.

  • Replacement of the incorrect or defective product.

No returns are accepted after thirty (30) days, except for products with a longer warranty.

    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
